JPG to PDF, PNG to PDF, all in one place
Job portals, expense systems, and government forms often accept a PDF but reject a folder of loose images. This tool places each JPG, PNG, or WebP on its own page and saves them as a single PDF — in the order you choose. A pile of photographed receipts becomes one tidy file; a set of scanned pages becomes one document.
The whole thing runs in your browser. Your images are read locally, assembled into a PDF on your own device, and never uploaded to a server. For the reverse direction — pulling images back out of a PDF — use our PDF to JPG converter.
Your files never leave your browser.
All processing runs locally on your device. No uploads, no tracking of file content.
FAQ
How do I convert multiple images into one PDF?
Drop all the images at once, set the order with the arrows, and click Convert. Each image becomes one page and you get a single PDF — handy for receipts, scans, or photo sets.
How do I convert a JPG to PDF?
Drop the JPG, leave the order as is, and click Convert. The JPG is placed on its own page and saved as a PDF. Multiple JPGs combine into one file in the order you set.
Can I convert PNG to PDF?
Yes. PNG, JPG, and WebP all work. PNG transparency is flattened onto a white page in the PDF.
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is built in your browser with the pdf-lib library. Your images never leave your device — you can confirm in the browser Network tab.
What is the difference between 'Fit to image' and A4?
'Fit to image' makes each page exactly the size of the image, so there are no borders. A4 and Letter place the image centered on a standard printable page — pick these if the PDF will be printed.
Can I reorder the images before converting?
Yes. Use the up and down arrows next to each image to set the page order before clicking Convert.
Does converting to PDF reduce image quality?
No. JPG and PNG images are embedded as-is with no re-compression. WebP is rasterized once to embed it, which is visually lossless.
What is the maximum size?
Up to 100 MB of images total. Very large batches may be slow on mobile browsers.
How do I convert a HEIC photo from my iPhone to PDF?
Convert the HEIC to JPG first using our HEIC to JPG tool, then drop the JPG here. HEIC needs a separate decoder, so it isn't accepted directly.
